Registration Process
We will charge the entire registration fee to your credit card (if you are paying using your credit card) upon receipt of your registration form. Please note that no spots are treated as confirmed until we have received full payment. We will email an official notification of your confirmation status within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your full & authorized payment, so please make sure your email address is valid.
Participation by Teams
Registering in groups of 6 people or more entitles you to a special team rate. Please contact us for further details info@guerillaentrepreneurs.com - subject: Team Participation.
Waiting Lists
In the event we are fully booked when you attempt to book your seat, you may still make full payment to us to be placed on a waiting list and contacted when/if a seat becomes available. You will receive a full refund if you are withdrawn from the waiting list or if you decline a space when/if it becomes available. If you cancel your attendance, you will be subjected to an applicable cancellation fee. If you cancel are are replaced by someone on the waiting list, you will receive a full refund for the portion(s) of the event in which you have been replaced, minus a RM100 processing fee.
Payment Policies
Conference fees are payable by cheque, wire / bank transfer, paypal or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). Personal Branding Asia reserves the right to cancel any activity that does not attract enough participants. In the event of this unusual occurrence, the fee refunded is subject to board approval, but in most cases is refunded immediately.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to Personal Branding Asia at cancelation@guerillaentrepreneurs.com.
Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of death in the immediate family. No exceptions will be made for medical or business reasons.
Hotel Accommodation
The cost of hotel accomodation and transfers are not included in the conference registration fee. You are advised to book and make payments directly with the participating hotel.
